Roadmaster Rat Rod

I had great fun building this Rat Rod to ride with my grandson Scotty (He's "Scott" now). It began life as a forties/fifties Roadmaster. My friend Dick Bodell made the seat post for me, giving me a riding position similar to that of a contemporary forward-extension design.

I even had the courage to ride my rat rod around the Davenport Motorcycle Swap Meet, where eccentric behavior is, well, not eccentric.
